- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Faulty suite after 6 weeks, was offered an exchange which wasnt the right suite when it was delivered, having lost confidence I asked for a refund and the director who was very abrupt said he wasnt prepared to do that, he said we have the correct one in the warehouse , the delivery men can come back and fetch the correct one. Why the right one wasnt put on the van in the first place .? Wouldnt buy from them again, and the director needs to respect his customers.By carolcookman, July 08, 2018
